A Parallel View - Somesby Falls Canvas Print

Trekking way past the normal falls that tourists visit, this little gem albeit small, called for a shot parrallel to the rock face. With the tripod legs straddled (I'm lucky mine can go to 90 degrees), I setup as close to the wall as possible.

A passionate photographer, I have played in this space for nearly 25 years. My first encounter was the Photography club at high school, it was more of a social encounter rather than a pursuit of photography. As life evolved and different activities attracted my attention photography was always in the background but not a priority. My passion took a turn when my first child was born and a desire to capture her growing in the best possible format was paramount.
