The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. A three (3) shot (-2,0,+2 EV) HDR image tonemapped in Photomatix Pro. Output Tiff converted to B&W in Capture One and final post processing in PSE9.
Canon EOS 7D, Manual Exposure, Shutter Speed 1.6, Aperture Value 11.0
Spot Metering, Autoexposure Bracketing 0, ISO 100,EF-S10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 @ 22.0 mm, Hoya ND8 & B+W CPL.
About Mark Lucey
A passionate photographer, I have played in this space for nearly 25 years. My first encounter was the Photography club at high school, it was more of a social encounter rather than a pursuit of photography. As life evolved and different activities attracted my attention photography was always in the background but not a priority. My passion took a turn when my first child was born and a desire to capture her growing in the best possible format was paramount.
